Put the non-funnel end of the tubing in the hole in the supercharger. Use the funnel + tubing to put the new oil in the supercharger, the same amount as you removed in step 5. Remove the tubing/funnel, and reinstall the plug (or install the new plug) in the supercharger. Make sure to get the plug fairly tight - you don't want it to come loose!
Changed the oil was super easy. Remember you need a 36mm (shallow oil filter) socket if I remember correctly. Torque specs on that are molded into the cap.
