Any fans plugged into ports after an open port on the Lighting Node Core would be unable to communicate with the controller if a port on the Lighting Node Core is skipped. Connect the 9-pin USB cable to an internal USB 2.0 header on your PC motherboard that is open. SATA power should be connected to your Lighting Node Core.
Tried resetting it, deleted corsair 5 times and re installed, unplugged USB and moved it all over the board even into my commander. I have been having issues with my Commander Pro after updating to the newest firmware. Fan channel 1 will not adjust speed no matter what settings or curves I set. My Corsair 1000 rpm 3 pin fan always runs 800 rpm. It used to work from 600-1000 rpm. My 1300 rpm Notuca fans are stuck at 1100 rpm so it appears the DC voltage is constant.
